Having lived in Northwest Indiana her entire life, Erica is happy to share her extensive knowledge and experience of the local culture, neighborhoods and real estate market, so you can make the best decision on your new home. Erica is active throughout Lake, Porter, Jasper and Newton Counties. Her experience includes all types of properties within Northwest Indiana including large acreage estates, horse/farm properties, waterfront homes, historic homes and more. She has also worked closely with investors, including multi-unit rentals, "flip" opportunities and single-family rentals.

Prior to becoming an agent, Erica was a Paralegal for 15 years, and has extensive experience with the details of mortgages, title work and other real estate-related matters. She has worked with sellers and buyers in Estate, Divorce and Property Development, and can offer a unique perspective on complicated real estate transactions that may result from life events such as these.

On her off hours, Erica spends time with her family – Cecelia, a licensed real estate agent in Tucson, and her son William, an honor student at Lowell School. Her personal passion encompasses everything architecture and design and is what led Erica to pursue a career in real estate.
