Los Angeles, California
— Frank Lloyd Wright’s Ennis House has sold. The property was represented by both Hilton & Hyland Real Estate and Dilbeck Real Estate, with international marketing services provided by Christie’s International Real Estate.

“I am thrilled that this masterful execution of textile block design is now in the stewardship of Mr. Burkle, a well-known custodian of important architecture,” says Neil Palmer, CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate.

“We were honored to bring Ennis House to the attention of the world,” adds Jeffrey Hyland, who represented the property with Aaron Kirman, also of Hilton & Hyland. “The Team received thousands of inquiries from around the world and showed the property to more than 200 qualified international buyers.”

Also representing the property were Mark Dilbeck and Ray Hayes of Dilbeck Real Estate. “We are all privileged to have played a role in helping to preserve this important testament to American architecture and seeing the Ennis House transferred to such capable private hands,” adds Mr. Dilbeck.
