Bridget O'Rourke

Bridget O’Rourke has been active in the Chicago real estate industry since 1998. She joined @properties and The Anne Connolly Rief Group in 2017. She brings with her a wealth of expertise in business management and residential real estate.  She is a full-time broker and oversees the back office of The ACR Group. She enjoys sharing her neighborhood knowledge with clients, providing a personalized approach to the home buying and/or selling process. Her insight allows clients to find the right home within the parameters that matter most to them: from schools to work to lifestyle choices.

Bridget was a founding member of a boutique firm within the city, managing a real estate startup from the ground up. Her experience in property management gives her a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the industry, especially when sitting down at the negotiation table. Clients appreciate her business management background as well, which instilled in her a strong sense of communication and marketing solutions, while consistently maintaining a results-oriented approach to real estate. With Bridget, the client comes first, always.

Bridget resides on the Northside of Chicago, in the heart of Wrigleyville, with her husband and three children. She currently sits on the Southport Neighbors Association (SNA) board, volunteers at her children's school, Blaine Elementary, and has sat on The Chicago District Tennis Association (CDTA).  In her spare time, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and watching her children in their various activities.
