Scott Dodge

Scott is from the Midwest, his hometown of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and he grew up enjoying the outdoors with his Family and Friends. His family moved to Nebraska, where he attended school and started his career in Hospitality Management. Later Scott relocated back to Milwaukee. In 1999, on their last Family vacation together, they chose like so many to explore Colorado. Scott knew right away; this was going to be his new chapter in life. I have never seen mountains before this trip and the scenery around every turn just made me want to be part of Colorado.

He transferred to Denver three months later. Out on a day trip exploring the back roads, he headed up the Highway 285 corridor, which led him to the historic mining town, Fairplay. Rolling through the high chaparral of Park County and Hoosier Pass left him wanting more. The amazing vistas from the top looking down on the valley floor left me stunned and in awe. Following Highway 9 into Breckenridge, it started to thunder. A few minutes later, the rain stopped, and the sun came back out. The clouds hung low across the Ten Mile Range. Hidden behind the clouds was a fresh layer of snow above the tree line as the peaks were exposed by the sun. It was a magical moment. The endless mountain bike trails, the smell of the pines next to his favorite fishing ponds, and the snowy evenings that make for extreme powder days on the mountain were all reasons to search for his first mountain home. This was the lifestyle he was looking for all along, and he made a move to Breckenridge and later purchased in Fairplay. I have learned it's the people here that make this community incredibly special. Many new friends I have made; I call my family. Everywhere you go in this world, you run into people that are from the High County or want to live here. My passion is to show you the hidden treasures and how to live on vacation. This is why I call Colorado my home.

Scott is active in his community as a voice for positive change and has a passion for creating a better place for everyone to enjoy. Scott started his career in Real Estate in 2007 and became licensed in 2009. He has served his Clients faithfully, with integrity and has become their Trusted Lifestyle Advisor. He proudly serves the communities of Summit and Park Counties with connections across Colorado, the United States and around the world.
