When we decided to consider the Muskoka area for a cottage, we were lucky enough to contact Laura as our realtor. We knew very little about real estate in the area, but Laura patiently showed us a number of properties on different lakes, carefully explaining what was different about each one. We decided to list our home on Lake of Bays in November and chose Laura to represent us. Laura Morrison was the listing agent and she went above and beyond to find a buyer for our home. It sold within three weeks with a very short closing date as we had planned to spend winter in Florida.
