Real Estate Agent

Linda Schwartz

Επαγγελματίας ακινήτων

In any residential real estate transaction, you want Linda Schwartz by your side. Born and bred on Chicago's North Shore, she brings the kind of connection to its neighborhoods, transportation and schools that only a native can have.

Linda is a problem solver by nature and a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry. Her experience has taught her how to clear the hurdles that often crop up in even the most straightforward real estate transactions, smoothing the way for a calm and cool transition for both buyers and sellers.

She is a Relocation Specialist; skilled at helping those moving from other locations find just the right spot to make a home. And she can guide you to the resources necessary to make that home yours. Using the tools at her disposal, she keeps her clients updated regularly and enjoys guiding and educating them through the sometimes-stressful process of buying or selling a home.

Linda recognizes that you and your family have unique wants and needs, so she customizes her methodology to meet the requirements of each client and situation. With her strong marketing and negotiating skills, she will get the job done accurately and efficiently. To meet the special needs of the elderly, for whom selling a longtime home can be particularly stressful; Linda earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist certification. "My relationship with older clients is truly a labor of love," she says. With patience and sensitivity, she works with them and their families, providing referrals for everything from home repairs to financial services.

In her free time, Linda spends one afternoon each week entertaining senior citizen groups as part of a musical review sponsored by Metropolitan Family Services. A tireless advocate on behalf of children and seniors, Linda is a former pre-school teacher who has kept active in early childhood activities, most notably with the Kids' Korner at the Lake County Court House. She is also President of the Friends of Lake Bluff Library.

"I jump over hurdles every day for my clients who are buying or selling real estate," Linda says. She taught her daughter, an Olympic athlete, to constantly set the bar higher, a lesson she applies to her own life, both professionally and personally. Let her use her energy, knowledge and creativity to help you with your next move.
