Shamon Campbell

Shamon Campbell is a Bahamian-born real estate advisor, entrepreneur and brand architect whose work seamlessly bridges traditional luxury real estate with the evolving landscape of digital-first Caribbean marketing. With a background in Business Management and Accounting from the University of The Bahamas, she brings a disciplined, commercially grounded perspective to every transaction, brand and strategic initiative she leads.

A licensed Estate Agent and Team Lead at HG Christie Ltd.—The Bahamas’ oldest and most established real estate firm, founded in 1922 and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate—Shamon operates within one of the most respected names in global property.

Shamon’s entrepreneurial vision took shape early. While still in high school, she founded the Mystic Marlins Junior Cooperative Credit Union through her accounting studies, an initiative she considers one of her proudest achievements. The experience instilled a lasting commitment to financial literacy and wealth-building, shaping her approach to both real estate advisory and entrepreneurship, where she remains focused on helping individuals strategically plan for and grow their wealth.

In 2013, she founded Bahamian Escapes Magazine, a platform created to showcase the very best of The Bahamas. What began as a publication has since evolved into a leading lifestyle group and one of the Caribbean’s most trusted brand ecosystems. This foundation led to the creation of BE Luxury Collection, the independent Caribbean luxury real estate and lifestyle platform she founded and leads as President.

Today, BE Luxury Collection spans more than 18 Caribbean destinations, operating through three integrated divisions—Real Estate, Lifestyle and Investment Advisory—delivering a holistic approach to property, brand storytelling and regional investment strategy.

As a Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist, she has represented and transacted multi-million-dollar properties across Nassau, Paradise Island, Eleuthera, The Exumas and beyond. Her portfolio spans private estates, beachfront development sites and curated residential collections, serving her clients with precision and discretion.
