Four Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliates Take Home Top Honors as “Affiliates Of The Year”

NEW YORK, NY – Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, has named four globally respected real estate brokerages as Affiliates of the Year in four respective categories – three by ranging market sizes and one “overall” winner.

Annually, submissions are made for consideration from across the Christie’s International Real Estate network of 140 global affiliates in the areas of Web initiatives, marketing collateral, referral participation, efforts around the company’s renowned Bespoke Marketing Program, and other areas in which the affiliates showcase the Christie’s International Real Estate brand.

A team of Christie’s International Real Estate executives chooses the four recipients in recognition of their excellence in the areas noted above, as well as their overall innovation and market leadership.

Three of the four Affiliate of the Year Award Recipients are noted by Market Size. The three market-range size noted are: Small (population less than 275,000), medium (population between 275,000 and 1,750,000), and large (population over 1,750,000) markets. An overall, across-the-network winner is additionally named.

The 2014 recipients were recognized at the 2015 Christie’s International Real Estate’s annual owners’ conference, held recently in Beverly Hills, California. The award recipients were as follows:

• Luximo’s – The Small Market Category recipient is based in the city of Porto, in the northern part of Portugal. The luxury market leader in one of the most beautiful parts of the Iberian Peninsula, Luximo’s focuses on a broad range of properties in highly sought after locations such as the Douro Valley, Costa Verde, Geres and others.

• Conlon – Chicago’s premier real estate brokerage is the Large Market Category Recipient the Affiliate of the Year Award. This highly-respected firm consistently sets new standards of personalized service for luxury real estate within Chicago’s highly-competitive market.

• Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates – Dubbed the largest real estate brokerage in the Jackson Hole region and the inimitable market leader, the company has been honored as the overall Affiliate of the Year for Christie’s International Real Estate (and for the second time in four years).
