Jules Motschall brings enthusiasm and positivity to her career in real estate. Prior to joining @properties, Jules worked for 16 years in corporate advertising, marketing, strategy and analytics and she regularly draws on that knowledge to provide her clients with exceptional service and impactful marketing. Jules tirelessly analyzes data and trends in the real estate market and shares that knowledge with her buyers and sellers. 

Jules believes buying or selling a home should be a fun and exciting process. Hardworking and passionate about helping her clients, she aims to take on the stress, remove obstacles, and keep the process moving so that her clients can focus on preparing for the next chapter of their lives.  

When she's not buying or selling homes for her clients, Jules is often renovating and flipping properties. An experienced DIY'er, Jules can help you find a fixer-upper, a teardown, an income property, or an empty lot to custom build the home of your dreams. 

Jules has Bachelors degree from Central Michigan University and lives in Arlington Heights with her husband, Rich, their two children and their 3 dogs. She loves traveling, cooking, baking, and pinning far too many things on Pinterest.
