Immobilsarda's First Golf Trophy at the Pervo Golf Club Hailed as a Great Success

Pervo Golf Club's charming and famous green in the heart of Sardinia's Costa Smeralda played host to the innaugral ImmobilSarda Golf Trophy on Saturday, July 16. Held in three categories, the Stableford Competition was organized by ImmobilSarda, the Christie's International Real Estate exclusive Affiliate in Sardinia.

The event was a great success, not only for the high number of golfers who participated, but also for the remarkable attendance and the satisfaction expressed by ImmobilSarda guests. Among the competition winners were the Golf Federation President Franco Carraro, who won the senior category. Following the event, the many guests entered a rich prize drawing offered by various sponsors, and enjoyed a tasting event of fine local wine and a buffet of typical Sardinian products.

Given the success of the event, Julia Bracco, ImmobilSarda's International Sales Manager, announced her willingness to organize the next year’s ImmobilSarda Trophy, which may be played at other golf courses in Sardinia.

The trophy was also an occasion to present the firm's new real estate projects for 2011 – 2012 related to the theme of Golf: a broad portfolio of proposals with unique characteristics in spectacular settings. The real estate projects included the new “Ville del Parco del Pevero" in the Costa Smeralda designed by Jean Claude Lesuisse, the elegant residential complex “Ianua Maris,” as well as the many prestigious villas immersed in the Pevero Golf, the real gems of the ImmobilSarda portfolio. Also in Costa Smeeralda, the Is Molas Golf Resort is an ambitious project under construction, designed by world famous architect Massimiliano Fuksas, and Is Arenas inserted in a renowned golf course.
