Originally from Sag Harbor, NY, Louise’s love for historic architecture ultimately brought her back to the East Coast from Southern California. Presented with the opportunity to live in an desirable historic coastal community, she bought a 1912 “fixer-upper” Bungalow in downtown Wilmington.

Louise believes the opportunities for investors and first-time home buyers here are tremendous. With a design degree from FIT in New York and her career in designer luxury goods, she is uniquely qualified to see the “good bones” of a property and suggest staging/editing to help get your property sold fast.

Since relocating, Louise has compiled her own list of trusted service providers along with suggestions for award winning local cuisine, antique hunting, and other hidden gems unique to downtown Wilmington.

Louise is a member of The Cape Fear Housing Coalition and is working with Backyard Housing Group, two local nonprofits focusing on affordable housing options and investments in local Accessory Dwelling Units.
