Stephen has 20+ of real estate experience, and along with his wife, Gloria Mary Filippo have completed over 400 transactions. Stephen is industrious, a talented negotiator, and transaction oriented.

Stephen’s business and negotiation expertise complement Gloria’s strength in people and closing skills. Their combined talents and gifts have allowed them to work together successfully.

Stephen has won numerous awards for his real estate successes, including at previous brokerage’s the prestigious President’s Award 13 times, being named among the Top 3 agents in his office three times, and named Top 10 in the state twice.

He has a BA from Georgetown University and advanced real estate training from New York University’s Real Estate Institute. Stephen’s hobbies and interests include spending quality time with Gloria and their family, restaurants, movies, sports, working out/fitness, and reading.
