After graduating from Hellgate High School, she got a Business degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and worked for Honeywell in Software Development. Her love of Montana called her home to Missoula where she worked for Logistic Systems. It was during this time her father developed a subdivision, Bitterroot Meadows, where Kathy built her first home.
Kathy met her husband and eventually moved to Grant Creek where they raised five children. Being a mom quickly became her most important job but she never lost her love of learning. During the years she was busy raising her family she started a successful home staging and redesign business. When their youngest child left the nest she decided to fully embrace her love of real estate which led her to become a real estate agent.
As a two time breast cancer survivor, she started a non-profit called HOPE which helps people with all types of cancer as they battle cancer and navigate their treatment journey. HOPE helps by providing meals, transportation, financial, spiritual gifts and prayers. HOPE has a board of twelve women from the Missoula area.
Kathy's greatest asset as a real estate agent is her ability to provide incredible service to her clients. Whether you're listing your home for sale or looking for a home to purchase, she has the expertise you need. Kathy's rare qualifications will help you sell your home by recommending updating and/or staging your home so it is competitive and sells quickly. As a buyer's agent, she has the vision to help you find an affordable home with the right things wrong that can easily be transformed into your dream home.
With her expertise, proven skills, professionalism, work ethic and marketing initiatives ~ Kathy is the perfect agent to help you in the greater Missoula area.
