Alexandrea White was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has lived in Florida since 2011. She opened a business with her family in The Villages, which sparked her interest in real estate. After four years of creating a successful business, Alexandrea wanted to physically reach out to the community by helping retirees transfer into the next chapter of their lives, through real estate. She received her real estate license in 2017. Currently, she resides in the hidden gem of Safety Harbor, a quiet bayside community outside of Clearwater Beach. She has lived there for over a year now. Before she got married, she had been coming to the Tampa bay area for 3 years and fell in love with the community. Her Husband was initially a charter captain. As a result, Alexandrea gained an appreciation for deep sea fishing, being by the water and the lifestyle the Tampa Bay Area has to offer.
After running two successful business, she decided to further apply her previous business skills into a Real Estate career. She has quickly learned the aspects of real estate and has become a Top Producing agent. Her previous experience lies in residential real estate, new construction, land deals, commercial aspects, foreclosures and is now focused on luxury property.
Her favorite part of being in the industry is her ability to put her clients' needs first and help them further their real estate goals. As a realtor she not only specializes in listing properties for successful sale, but also provides excellent negotiation skills as an experienced buyers agent. She's worked with clients locally for 5 years, building trust & putting her communication skills to work.
Her goal is to finish her GRI Designation & obtain the SRE by the end of 2019.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, painting, community 5k races, yoga and golf. Alexandrea tries to participate with as many local charities as she can. In the past, she has helped raise $20,000 for Children's Miracle Network & through her previous business, donated to disaster relief. Alexandrea takes pride in her work & community.
