Keith Vertes

I'm living in the greatest location in our nation! My name is Keith Vertes. I began my career in the midwest in 1983, as a commercial builder and later developer of close to 100 custom homes in and around a New England style village. I developed several subdivisions establishing many great relationships in the real estate community. In 1997, my wife and I relocated to the southwest where I spent 13 years as a builder / developer of speculative homes starting in the million dollar price range. I've managed multi-million dollar construction projects in my 30 + year career in residential and commercial construction. I enjoy the artistic aspect of construction immensely and helping clients and customers with real estate needs has now become my passion, as well as my job.

My wife and I both have been real-estate agents since the late 80's in multiple states. We moved to 30-A after several years of visits to this area. During one of those visits, we met Jon Miller, broker for GoToTheBeach realty. Jon and I hit it off immediately and have been working together ever since. Ryder, my canine assistant and I currently list and sell from Destin to Panama City doing what we can to assist buyers and sellers. Additionally, Jon and I have created a development company to take advantage of the current opportunities in the 30-A real estate market.
