The ability to interpret and clearly communicate is a critical aspect in satisfying all parties, skills I acquired navigating through change in global environments, and diverse cultures.
My career began selling and leasing residential properties to multinational corporations for a global developer in Moscow. Subsequent professional and personal projects included real estate design and implementation, working with property developers, architects, brokers and trades in Canada, USA and Europe. A diverse background in real estate and its related fields helped me develop a keen eye for design; an ability to interpret the needs/wants of clients with varying customs and cultures, an appreciation for the high's and low's associated with relocation and logistics related to moving, and a sensitivity to the individual attention each client and deal deserves.
In 2014, I returned to my hometown and home country to be closer to family. Proximity to my parents has not only been gratifying on a personal level, but on a professional one as well.
Together, with my Father, Vince Artuso, a Realtor® of over 30 years, is currently the longest-serving active Sales Representative in Sauble Beach, known for his local expertise and going above and beyond to help his clients buy and/or sell their homes and businesses.
