Kelly Lotze

Kelly has been in the real estate industry for just over 5 years. She started out helping a friend part-time in an administrative capacity. In an effort to be more helpful and knowledgeable, Kelly decided to take the real estate course and then decided she might as well take the test and become an agent. Her passion truly lies in helping people in any way she can. She loves to help them find a beautiful place to live! She says, I am a Christian, first and foremost, and my motto is to do unto others as you would have them do to you. She says guidance and education for buyers and sellers is one of the best things you can do for them.

Kelly is the Board Secretary on the Board of Directors for Clothes to Kids, a nonprofit organization that takes up clothing donations for school-age children in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. She is also the President of the Largo Rotary Club as well.

Kelly has a beautiful family that she loves - husband of 27 years, Rob, a beautiful daughter that is 26, Randi, and a handsome son age 22, Dylan. She is a huge animal lover and has a dachshund named Coco and a kitty cat named Jazzy! She loves her family, friends, church, outdoors, the water, bike riding, mowing the grass and giving to those in need. She is a breast cancer survivor of just over three years and glad to be here still to make a difference in the lives of others!
