Julie Rogers

I am a full time real estate agent specializing in selling homes on the North Shore. Having lived in Wilmette, Winnetka, Northfield, Evanston, Glenview, Northbrook and Deerfield, I have an intimate knowledge of the character of each town. As an experienced Realtor, I diligently view open houses in all these towns. I try to offer a broader geographical base than many agents that typically specialize in one town. My reputation for professionalism and care is consistently noted by my clients and peers. 

With an education in Psychology, I've heard it all. I am an excellent listener and connect well with all walks of people. I help clients prioritize their needs, stay within a budget and locate that prized new home. My experience in negotiations gives me the ability to keep all aspects of a contract in mind while keeping both parties targeted on their goals.
