Frances Cipolla

Fran Cipolla joined @properties in February 2011 with 6 years of real estate experience. Her education includes 1500 hours of training in Cosmetology. Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Fran has lived in the Northwestern Suburbs for 10 years and currently living near UIC.

I have been very successful in owning my own business for a number of years and have become a skilled negotiator. My years of experience in the customer service industry help me understand and work closely with clients to better understand what needs to get a sale closed.

I have volunteered for Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. I enjoy walking 2-3 miles a day if I can, old Movies, and Sunday dinners with my family.

My goal is to fully understand the specific housing needs of every client and make the buying process as easy and stress free as possible. I love both the negotiating part of my job and of course, the satisfaction of successfully closing a transaction.
