I am a native of the Central Valley. Owning a business there I made a major decision to join a Real Estate Agency in Santa Cruz 11 years ago. I started my business as a REALTOR® and my goal over the years was to RAISE THE BAR. During this time, I have established my reputation of honest, great communication skills, follow-up, organized with both buyer and sellers. My goal was to make the process though exciting as smooth and streamline as possible. With Sellers, I take the time to listen to determined what the seller's needs are. In this time of our market, if the sellers are experiencing distressed financial situations, I have educated myself with the process of working through HAFA or HAMP programs as well as successful negotiated short sale agreements. This is a time of opportunity as well as working thru the process to assist an owner in starting over in a POSITIVE direction.
