Margot Edde

Margot began her illustrious career in real estate in Boston, MA in the early 2000s as an apprentice and teammate to a top-producing broker in Cambridge. During her tenure there she learned the art of assertive negotiation, attentive listening, and maintaining composure and ethics even in high-pressure situations which laid the foundation for her client-first approach to her business. Now on the west coast, Michelle and Margot have worked together since 2014, and their strategic partnership spanning the two counties of San Francisco and Marin gives their clients a competitive advantage in the nuanced and complicated transactions of today’s market.

Margot resides in Ross with her Marin-native husband and two children. Margot serves on the Ross School PTO, and is actively involved in welcoming new families to the Ross Community, especially families with children with special needs. Margot is known for her tenacity in putting together off market deals in a very tight Ross Valley market, which account for a large part of her business, both on the buy and sell side. She loves helping her friends, in a strategy she calls “Ross Chess”, as she often helps families move off-market within the community. Still holding her Massachusetts license, Margot has also found a niche in assisting clients and referrals relocating to The Bay Area from the East Coast.
