Courtney King

Knowing the value of owning a home, Courtney and her husband built their first home just a year after graduating college.  She subsequently completed the build of another custom home and certainly understands what it is like to move somewhere new.  In her 12+ years of homeownership, she has moved across the country to rent, purchase, and sell beautiful homes.  This experience has given Courtney an abiding empathy which makes her relatable and complements her strong sense of business.

Courtney has worked in several different business and industry sectors.  From working in a small family business, to corporate, then non-profit, her logistical and communication skills have led her to success which aid her most when working with customers and clients.  @properties shares her commitment to delivering the best experience when it comes to her clients' real estate needs.

Courtney spent her early childhood in Chicagoland followed by a move to Texas.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Communication. She and her husband have enjoyed living their best lives in Texas, Virginia, and Tennessee and currently residing in Downers Grove.  You will most likely find Courtney enjoying her time outdoors, baking, crafting, and having a craft beer while sitting on her deck.
