Alyssa Heenan

Alyssa Heenan is a Naples native, born into a family of Realtors who are knowledgeable and passionate about creating a first class experience and lifestyle for both Buyers and Sellers in our Southwest Florida luxury market. Alyssa, graduated from Florida State University and Florida Gulf Coast University with her Bachelors in Nursing. She worked at Tampa General Hospital as a neurosurgery perioperative nurse and was a patient advocate.

Growing up in a family of Realtors, she decided to educate herself in the Real Estate market. Alyssa, became a Realtor who has a strong passion for advocating for her clients in the largest purchase they will make in their lives, while also creating a flawless first class experience for them. Outside of Real Estate, Alyssa and her Husband, Sean, enjoy spending quality time with their daughter, Cora, both of their families, their two dogs, and they appreciate traveling and seeing different parts of the world.
