Andrea Sargis

Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones for first timers, downsizers, and upsizers alike. With so much to consider, Andrea makes it her mission to lead a seamless transaction process from start to finish, while keeping her clients' priorities front and center. She is a passionate relationship builder, and enjoys nothing more than partnering with people to help them achieve their goals.

With a background in interior design and a passion for details, Andrea has an eye for characteristics that set a property apart from the rest, and her expertise in clearly communicating that vision to her clients or potential buyers is a tremendous asset. She has successfully completed the interiors of a twenty unit townhome project in Sunnyvale, and multiple single family homes in Los Gatos, Mountain View, and Saratoga. Creating a home that her clients truly enjoy spending time in is her greatest source of joy.

Her experience also includes marketing and communications for Gensler, a global commercial architecture firm, where her role included working with senior executives to position the firm to build relationships, and ultimately win work. Her colleagues can attest to her strong attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering composure under pressure. She brings a fresh perspective to the residential real estate industry, and focuses heavily on clear communication and transparency.

Andrea grew up in Almaden and attended Leland High School where she played first base for their varsity softball team. She went on to UC Davis where she graduated with a BS in Design, and a minor in Professional Writing. She is a fourth generation Santa Clara County resident, and currently resides in Saratoga with her fiance and their two dogs, Rocksie and Stella.
