Alice Nuzzo

Alice was born and educated in London, England. She has been living on the Peninsula for over 50 years and a resident of Los Altos Hills since 1976. Alice shares her life with her husband of 58 years, two children and five grandchildren.

Alice began her real estate career in 1961 when she went to work as a Corporate Coordinator, Escrow officer and accountant for Cornish & Carey. She decided in 1974 to become a real estate agent and by 1979 had started her own company, Seville Properties.

Seville Properties grew to three offices and 110 full-time agents before its sale in 1997 to National Realty Trust. Agents needed to have at least five years of experience selling and a high income to be eligible to be part of this elite group of agents. Alice and her two partners created a premier real estate company that raised the level of professionalism and knowledge within the real estate industry.

In 2008 Alice partnered with the owners of Sereno Group to open their Los Altos office. Sereno is a group of dedicated, experienced, top performing producers in the local real estate market. Alice's decision to join Sereno Group accomplished her desire to be working in a small locally owned company.

Alice has sold real estate on the Peninsula since 1974. She has won the Achievement Award for Outstanding Sales Production (given by the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors) every year she has been in the business. She is an active participant in her local trade Association, National Relocation Services, and Board Director for Family and Children Services and many other charitable organizations in her community.
