Shelley Carafano

A native of beautiful Wisconsin, Shelley Carafano moved to Minnesota after graduation where she attended Rochester Community & Technical College majoring in Fashion & Design. In the early 90’s she moved to the Tampa Bay area where she started a career as an Interior Design Consultant. She met her husband there and they have one son. In 2010 she and her family moved to Alpharetta, Georgia where soon after she began her career in Real Estate and has loved every minute of it. Shelley proved that by receiving the Circle of Excellence Award from the 400 North Association of REALTORS® Board after just her second year in the business!

Shelley really connects with her clients on all levels. She believes communication is the key to any successful relationship so having a clear understanding of what her client’s real estate goals are and what is important to them truly helps her to serve them better.

She is there side-by-side with her clients every step of the way and she is a true leader in managing the entire transaction from beginning to end, allowing her clients time to focus on other matters. With her having an attention for detail, her clients can rest assure that she is working hard to make sure that nothing gets overlooked and that their goals are being met. With her passion for real estate, her eye for design and her expertise in sales and negotiations, she truly is an all round real estate agent.

In her spare time Shelley likes hiking, kayaking, cooking with her husband, spending quality time with family & friends, and she really enjoys reading a good book.
