Katie Santucci

Katie has always had an extended interest in home design and real estate. She started in the field with over 10 years of sales experience in the kitchen and bath business. She sold and serviced some of the best high-end showrooms, designers and retail stores in the Chicagoland area. She went on to develop her business and anayltical skills with over 7 years experience in retail buying and merchandising. Growing a deeper understanding of markets and business development. The most important thing she has developed throughout her career is strong and lasting customer relationships. 

A graduate of DePaul University, she grew up in the Southwest Suburbs, lived in the city of Chicago for over 12 years and now calls Park Ridge home. Katie's knowledge of the local markets is extensive. She believes in providing a full-service experience to all of her clients in both the buying and selling process. She makes her clients top priority and is driven by the challenge of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Katie is an active member of the Park Ridge Newcomers Club, a volunteer Catechesist at St. Paul of The Cross Church and actively involved in both of her childrens schools. She also runs a small non for profit called Amelia's Friends, which teaches children to volunteer their efforts for those less fortunate, most frequently donating to the Ronald McDonald House Chicago.
