Sophie Kos

Sophie Kos began her real estate career in 2002 mostly working directly for developers and investors as part of their sales and marketing team for numerous new construction and conversion projects in the Bucktown / Wicker Park area. She joined @properties' Lincoln Park office to take advantage of the Company's superior in-house marketing and excellent administrative and technological support and focus her time and energy on what she does best connecting with clients and providing them with stellar customer service.

Sophie brings extensive knowledge of property and land acquisition, marketing of new construction and condominium conversions as well as selling individual properties, and representing residential and commercial tenants. Condominiums, townhomes, single family residences and investment properties have all been a part of her sales experience.

Sophie believes in representing her clients on the most professional level. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she holds the knowledge, techniques, approach and skill to achieve the best possible outcome given the market and clients personal situation. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), she has the expertise and tools to guide the buyers through the home buying process making it fun, educational and exciting. Sophie's experience and "client-first" approach allows her customers to buy and sell property with confidence.

Currently residing in Bucktown, Sophie has a great deal of expertise in that neighborhood along with its neighboring communities. In her spare time she likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her family and all her nieces and nephews.
