Allison Kuchnia

As a Realtor, Allison Kuchnia capitalizes on her experience and expertise as a teacher and resident in Chicago to set proper expectations, practice effective time management and execute a seamless buying and selling process for her clients.  Maintaining and fostering deep interpersonal relationships, understanding the needs of her clients and making the process enjoyable, she continues to earn her clients  business authentically. 

Allison has called many Chicago neighborhoods home, and currently resides in Lakeview just off the Southport Corridor.  In an effort to balance work and life, you can find her taking hot yoga classes or challenging her friends to weekly fitbit competitions. She enjoys heading to Wrigley Field to attend games with her husband and walking their dog, Cliff, around the neighborhood. 

Allison graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, and went on to obtain her Master's in Education from DePaul University, Chicago. Her goal was to work in the Chicago Public School system as a high school teacher in the social sciences.  After 11 years as a teacher, coach and program lead in Chicago, she is excited to join The Lap of Luxury Group with @Properties in June of 2021. With the backing of a 19 year veteran in the industry and over 90 Million in sales this is the perfect place for Allison to launch her Real Estate career.
