Jessica Nemire

Entrenched in the local community for years, Jessica uses her local knowledge to assist buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams. She grew up in Mountain View attending St. Simon Elementary School and St. Francis High School before receiving a BA in communications from San Diego State University. She currently resides in Willow Glen with her husband and two young daughters. They enjoy spending time at the beach in Capitola, and Jessica teaches exercise classes at Barre3 in Los Altos and Willow Glen.

Jessica has always been passionate about sales and developing relationships. Her career began in San Diego working in public relations for the San Diego Chargers NFL team. While working with the Chargers, Jessica learned the power of constructive communication and how to foster relationships. Jessica transitioned into sports marketing working as a celebrity liaison for a golf tournament, as well as preparing and organizing a number of high-end sports-related events. Her career then brought her to Nordstrom where she excelled in sales to become a top producer for the company selling luxury and designer goods. Working for Nordstrom in various positions within the Designer Evision, Jessica became a manager, planned and executed a number of successful events, assisted the buying team, and helped launch the use of social media as a platform for sales associates to communicate with customers.

These skills all translate to her real estate career. Striving to learn more and to become an expert is what keeps Jessica driven and excited about real estate. Jessica began her real estate career at Campi Properties Inc. in 2015 and then joined the Sereno Group to work with Ed shortly after.
