Michelle Mattioli

Michelle Mattioli is a full time top-producing real estate agent ranked in the top 3 % of REALTORS® nationwide. She has been selling real estate for 15 years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with the #1 privately-owned real estate company in the nation, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Michelle is now pleased to announce she is licensed in the state of Florida and is excited to have the opportunity to help as many people as possible in the great state of Florida!

Michelle started her career in real estate in 2007 after 18 years of working in the airline industry as a flight attendant and instructor. She wanted to continue her passion which was helping others and decided real estate could be just as rewarding. Well, it has been for her and 15 years later, she carries a lengthy list of accolades behind her name, including a Multi-Million Dollar Consistent Yearly Top Producer in her o?ce, National Sales Excellence Award recipient, Platinum Member of Andron Ephinon Professional Real Estate Fraternity, a 13 year Champions Club winner, Pittsburgh Magazine 5-Star REALTOR®, Very Best of the Best Award which represents the top 1% of agents at Howard Hanna out of 9,000 agents company wide. And lastly, Michelle was just elected to the President’s Circle of Excellence, the most prestigious honor within her company. She is also a good standing member of the National Association Of REATORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTOR®, REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and NABOR®.

Michelle is excited to join the John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate firm at the 5th Avenue location in Naples and will be bringing 15 years of experience along with several designations behind her name including Accredited Buyers Agent, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Residential Relocation Specialist, Homes of Distinction Luxury Specialist and New Construction Site Coordinator Experience, all which will enhance her service to her client’s needs. She believes her success has been driven by her hustle and tenacity, honesty and integrity, communication skills, problem solving, patience, and staying up to date on the latest topics in real estate and the local market.

Michelle is excited to be in Southwest Florida and continuing her career in real estate. She is looking forward to a lot of sunshine as she loves to be outdoors walking her white labrador, Milo. She has two sons. Adam, 23, is a REALTOR® in Pittsburgh and a computer software engineer who is excited to kayak and be outdoors. Matthew, 21, is a collegiate golfer and is excited to play on many beautifully sculpted golf courses. Michelle also enjoys in her spare time traveling when possible and exercising. She loves learning as much as she can about any of the main tech trends or any new marketing skills that her clients can benefit from. She is also involved in The Howard Hanna Children’s Free Care Fund in Pittsburgh and volunteers with companywide o?ces to raise money to give a better quality of life to those less fortunate.
