Naples, Florida 34119Chris Weikel has been a licensed real estate agent for over 21 years. Starting out his career in the real estate profession in 2001 as a sales licensee, he later became a real estate broker in 2007 through arduous work, education and transactions closed in PA. He was the broker of record at 3 separate companies with one company overseeing eighty-five agents. After years of helping others start and maintain their own companies, he decided to form his own company in PA in 2014 where he presently is known as Weikel Realty Group, LLC. Chris oversees a boutique company with his wife Megan and twelve agents. He is also the Broker of Record at Griffin Real Estate Advisors in PA, who manage large transactions and is the subsidiary of a law firm.
Prior to selling real estate, he opened a building and remodeling business one year after graduating high school where he focused on custom remodeling projects and ultimately building a few homes. He also worked for a custom home builder helping draft and design new homes utilizing a design program known as Chief Architect. After spending many years in the construction field, Chris started his real estate career while spending thirteen years working for, Stevens & Lee, one of the top 250 largest law firms on the east coast managing their facilities and real estate development. He oversaw new office selection, site management and buildouts up until moving in.
It was through a trip to Marco Island that Chris fell in love with the Naples/Marco Island area and desired to become a real estate Broker in Florida. He was excited to be accepted as an associate Broker at John R. Wood Properties, the top notch, premier real estate firm of Southwest Florida.
One of his career highlights was winning the Best of Berks County Realtors in 2021 voted on by the community being selected from 1,100 realtors.
Through his construction background he enjoys educating buyers about what they are purchasing and understanding the mechanics of their home better. He also is able to assist Sellers in prepping their homes for sale using the same construction background.
When he is not selling real estate, he enjoys building projects, his family, which include four children, and helping coach youth wrestling and other sports. Chris enjoys fishing and vacationing.
