Ericka Alvarez

Ericka Alvarez has been part of the Bonita Bay family for over 17 years. She started her career with Bonita Bay Group in the Community Association office at Mediterra. Years later she moved to Tavira at Bonita Bay as a receptionist. A few years later she earned her CAM License and became Assistant Manager of the Tavira Condominium Association office. During that time, Ericka helped many new owners with the transition of their new home, which is where the passion for real estate started growing.

She has worked in many different customer service-related workplaces over the years, but left her full time job to pursue her dream to be a real estate agent.

With the passion for service in the Bonita Springs and Naples area, Ericka is ready to help with your buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the John R Wood family, Ericka carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

When Ericka is not making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mitch and her two lovely children, Nathaly and Ethan. She is also very involved in her community, volunteering at church and school education.
