Chad Robey

Chad was born and raised in the Columbus, Ohio area and moved to Florida in 2000. After spending time on both the east and west coasts of Florida, Chad found his home in beautiful Southwest Florida and started his real estate in career in 2004. From his experience selling real estate in both Lee and Collier counties, Chad has developed a vast knowledge of the coastal areas from Fort Myers to Naples and the barrier islands. Having done real estate investing of his own over the past 15 years, Chad is skilled at finding good investment opportunities.

Chad enjoys spending time at his vacation home on pristine North Captiva Island, where life and nature are still untouched by mass development. The island offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a retreat or escape from the city while conveniently located a just short boat ride north of the Sanibel and Captiva islands. Chad also enjoys boating, playing guitar, spending time at the beach and watching Ohio State football games.
