Sara Paice was born and raised on Grand Bahama Island and attended Lucayan International School in Freeport. She then moved to Montreal, Canada, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from McGill University, specializing in Environmental and Social Sustainability, a passion that she developed while growing up in the Bahamas.
Later working in Montreal in expert recruitment and sales for consulting firms, she developed the ability to create and maintain strong client relationships which now serves as an asset in the real estate industry.
Sara is now back in the Bahamas living in New Providence but maintains deep ties to Grand Bahama and is well equipped to help clients find their next home, vacation property, or investment opportunity. She has strong connections with property developers and managers, giving her exclusive insight into the investment property landscape. This includes detailed data on returns and trends which she uses to help her clients make the most informed decisions possible.
