Working mainly by referrals, I do my best to provide excellent real estate services to my clients, always exceeding their expectations. Whether they are buying or selling, I walk them through every step of the transaction making it transparent and smooth. I fearlessly negotiate for my clients representing their best interests. My relationships are always based on open communication, loyalty, and true commitment. One of my clients said to me "You do not work for money; you work for people." I really enjoy my work, which gives me the power to go above and beyond, and after we close transactions, many of them become my friends. My knowledge of the local real estate market and understanding of the legal aspects give my clients confidence in my expertise, and their real estate needs are always my highest priority.

I mostly specialize in residential properties in South Bay where I live. Working with a team of professionals from contractors of any kind to lenders and CPAs, I can address any property issue from simple fix or full house remodeling to taxes and finances.

Giving back to the community is one of my life's principles. Living in Cupertino for more than a decade, I really enjoy volunteering at my kids' schools and my neighborhood. For many years I was a proud donor of St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and knitting club that donates to local hospitals and shelters. Joining Sereno and participating in the 1% For Good program is a great opportunity for me to share my prosperity and care with the community.

Born and raised in Siberia, Russia, I moved to Silicon Valley to pursue my husband's dream of working in the high tech industry. Having a technical background myself, I started working at Wells Fargo and later at Google before switching full attention to my growing family. Later I became a real estate investor and property manager where I found my true passion - Real Estate. I love my job, I enjoy working with my clients, and I will always be here for them.
