Paul Graffy

Paul has been part of the Naples community since the "˜80's. He has represented many well-known residents, selling some of the most high profile homes in Naples: a $43M, 3-acre beach estate, featured in the Wall Street Journal; world class penthouses in The Regent & The Windsor, Naples two most prestigious beachfront high rise buildings; & the renowned Hotel Escalante. Paul specializes in new construction in having launched Villas Escalante, Old Naples 16-unit luxury enclave on 5th Ave. at 3rd St., which he sold out, pre-construction, in under 5-months & Casa Bella, three luxury villas on 11th Avenue South. His greatest pride rests in his knowledge of Naples many communities, & various price ranges.

Paul was recognized by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trend's Top Agents Report in the Top ½ of the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide, & one of the Top 50 Agents in SW Florida, from Tampa to Marco Island.

Prior to his real estate career, he enjoyed a successful career in the apparel industry in NYC working for designers Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Joe Boxer, & Big Dog Sportswear. Paul & his wife Susan pride themselves on their knowledge, service & attention to detail. They are deeply committed to the local arts, animal rights, nature & conservation, the disadvantaged & elderly in Immokalee, & are active in many local charities. Paul is recognized from his many appearances as a lead player at The Naples Players, TheatreZone, Artis-Naples, The Laboratory Theater & The Naples Dinner Theater. He was one of 20 selected nationwide to attend prestigious Juilliard School, & Florida Weekly named him SW FL's Best Actor in 2011.
