Kathy Livingston

Kathy Livingston began her real estate career in 1978 in a small Coastal area of New Jersey where she raised her son and daughter with her husband Richard, a special agent with the federal government. Her experience included the towns of Manasquan, Sea Girt, Spring Lake, and Brielle, and she still maintains a New Jersey real estate license as a referral agent.
When the kids left the nest, Kathy and her husband took advantage of some transfers, making the move to St. Petersburg where she then acquired a Florida real estate license. They settled on the Island of Vina Del Mar in 1995 but were transferred a year later to Richard's home state of Massachusetts. They settled in Beverly, another Coastal town on the North Shore, and Kathy acquired her Massachusetts license. She focused on the towns of Gloucester, Rockport, Beverly, Manchester by the Sea, and Essex. In 2002, the Livingstons were transferred to the St. Petersburg area and settled yet again on the Island of Vina Del Mar. Richard soon retired and acquired his real estate license to assist with Kathy's business and is currently a referral agent with Coastal Properties Group.
Kathy prides herself on building her business on a personal level: her friends are clients and her clients are friends. They can count on her to do what is best for them, not herself, and can call on her any time. She can take care of business no matter where she is: she has negotiated a contract from Texas while rocking her new grandchild to sleep and recommended repair contractors for St. Pete Beach while at a park in Ipswich, Massachusetts, pushing her granddaughter in a swing. Her relationship with buyers and sellers does not end at closing title.
