Karen is a 50+ year resident of St. Pete Beach and Pinellas County area. She grew up on St. Pete Beach – 40+ years, has a B.S. Degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Florida State University. As a full-time Real Estate professional, she possesses extensive knowledge regarding Real Estate transactions. Karen is a Broker/Associate with GRI designation, the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Karen is a Multi-Million dollar Producer and also holds a CAM license- Community Association Management and have extensive knowledge on FL Statutes as they pertain to condominiums and home owners associations.
Prior to joining Coastal, Karen was a Broker/Associate with Prudential Tropical Realty for over 5 years and consistently ranked among the top 10% of Prudential agents in the country and received the Leading Edge Society Aware.
