Welcome to your Real Estate go-to girl! I am Cydnie Pohl. As this is my full time business that I have built from the ground up, my resolve for every aspect is taken with purposeful care. It is my duty to represent my client's best interests at heart, as well as educate and guide them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight. Since 2014, my business quickly has grown with resilient determination to successfully reach into the top luxury and commercial real estate world level. In March 2017 at Keller Williams, I was awarded most closed volume agent in one month of $1,670,000, and as of the fall, I was invited as one of their youngest members to join the Coastal Properties International, an exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate- an invitation-only boutique brokerage harboring the top multi-million dollar producers in luxury residential, commercial and international real estate. It's such an honor, and I'm completely grateful.
Originally born and raised in Texas, I graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's in Communication and PR. So as you can imagine, consistent communication is imperative to me in any transaction. Moving up and living in Washington D.C for almost 4 years, I gained a widespread of knowledge and experience while working in various contract operations. With challenging negotiations held in the Pentagon while working for the DoD, national research and presentation findings for potential solutions during the housing market crash for the Housing Dept., and directing and executing events for the World Bank where hundreds of foreign dignitaries and their councils gathered for future global economic planning and designs, all of which, have shaped my expertise.
After growing cold, and missing family, I moved down to the Sunshine State. Florida is truly living in Paradise! I love everything here- the weather, the beaches, the palm trees, the impressive history, and especially the people. Every day is a happy day. In my personal life, my fiancé Drake and I enjoy our time together as we are each other's best friends. We love to paddle board around Weedon Island, host local community events, volunteer for wildlife rescues, beach bum with friends or family, and are avid travel enthusiasts.
