Marc Owen-Flood

Marc has extensive expertise in presenting Victoria Real Estate to the international buyer. He is a proud Canadian promoting Canadian Real Estate in Western Canada throughout Victoria, and brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does. He enjoys sharing his expertise with and providing award winning service to each new client who chooses to make Victoria their home. Marc is committed to sharing his knowledge of the market with his clients and regularly attends real estate courses and conferences to ensure he has an in-depth understanding of the market.

Marc was recognized by Christie's International Real Estate Network with the Top Agent Award in 2015. Marc attended the September 2018 Christie's International Luxury Conference in New York and achieved a Christie's International Real Estate Luxury Specialist designation.

Committed to the Victoria Community, Marc devotes his time to serving on various board committees. He has served as a Director of the Victoria Foundation and currently serves as one of their appointed Honorary Governors. Each year he gives his support to artistic, recreational and educational opportunities.

Respected by his peers in the Real Estate Industry, Marc is Past President of the Victoria Real Estate Board and Past Director of the B.C. Real Estate Association.

Raised in Victoria, Marc is a graduate of Lakefield College School and a recipient of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
