Susan Recarey

Have you ever felt truly invigorated just by taking a breath. That's how I feel everyday living and working in the beautiful sun trenched Florida Keys. With over 35 years selling real estate in the Miami, Aventura and Coconut Grove Florida nothing compares to the last 10 years here in Key Largo. The Florida Keys is a lifestyle envied by many. Surrounded by crystal clear waters, an abundance of fishing and diving opportunities, great schools and many local activities, I find I thrive on helping others find their own piece of paradise. My client base includes corporate executives, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals as well as REALTORS who generously refer their buyers and sellers to me. I have worked the last 10 years almost exclusively by REFERRAL. The luxury home market here encompasses world class homes and amenities including acreage, swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, deep water dockages, fabulous sunrise or sunset views.

Working at American Caribbean Real Estate has afforded me the opportunity to work with a customer oriented, high touch firm with a strong reputation based on our many years serving customer and client needs. I value my association with this firm because they truly represent how I have always done business honestly and fairly. I relish the opportunity to help you discover the beautiful Florida Keys a place you will welcome
