Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464Etta was born and raised in Charleston, the third of seven children. Upon graduation from the University of South Carolina, she married and moved to Augusta, Georgia, her husband's hometown. In Augusta, she opened Etta Connolly Interiors, a shop specializing in home accessories and interior design. Her first home was featured in Southern Living magazine and others were highlighted in neighborhood tours. Etta has actively worked in design for the past twenty five years.
Her family relocated to Charleston in 2002 and purchased a home in I'On. Immediately, Etta fell in love with the neighborhood and realized it was the ideal environment to raise her two young children. She enjoys being active within the neighborhood and has served on the I'On Trust board. Etta's family also belongs to St. Philips church.
After her children were grown and no longer living at home, she was inspired to combine her passion for Charleston, I'On and her experience in interior design to pursue a career in real estate.
Etta enjoys working out with the fitness instructor at the I'On pool and running the neighborhood trails. She also enjoys gardening, arranging flowers and entertaining at home.
