Lane Cove are a boutique collection of ultra luxury homes in a private cul de sac located off Yannawa Road and is currently under construction with completion scheduled for late 2024.

There are three house-types available at Lane Cove, and all types are detached.

Type A1 and A2 houses are positioned on land plots of between 70-81 sq.w and have a usable area of 662-712 sq.m. These houses comprise 4-bedrooms, 1-seniors' room, 6-bathrooms, 4-parking spaces, 2-maids' rooms and type A2 houses also include a swimming pool.

Rama III Road is an established residential area with high-end housing and condominium developments providing residents with easy access to Sathorn and Bangkok's CBD. Public transportation in this area currently consists of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line, connecting to the BTS (Skytrain) at Chong Nonsi and Talat Phlu Stations. A Gray monorail line (3rd phase) is planned that would duplicate or replace much of the BRT route. From Rama III, the Sathorn central business district is also easily reached by car or taxi via local roads and several expressways.
