The Palace One site occupies a privileged, elevated position, overlooking the natural landscape, far from the city's bustle, with a uniquely spectacular river view.

To sculpt this incomparable base to create an eternal residence, Mr. Chen invited the British architect Stephen Roe, a global architectural master of "the Whites, " to join in the entire design planning. The original idea was to create a pearl in this mountain, just like an artisan carefully crafted a jewel or a jade. Therefore, the building's exterior design uses white jadeite with a different texture to cover the entire building and imitates the technique of diamond cutting to construct the exterior of the building.
