The kitchen of flat A has direct access to the garden and is fully equipped to meet any requirement. Apartment A has 4 bedrooms - plus a single bedroom - to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bath. There are eight bathrooms in total, two of which are for guests, all fully equipped and finished, with generous marble and wooden floors.
Apartment B is on 3 levels, has a very special kitchen with wooden counter and a living room/media room and another living room upstairs. All this with direct access to the swimming pool. Apartment B has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are generous double bedrooms. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
The covered garage can accommodate up to 7 cars and is fully equipped and automated. Access is external as well as internal with direct access from each apartment. The ramps and the external parking area are heated. The outdoor parking area can accommodate up to 4 guest cars. The indoor pool is heated and has an innovative salt electrolysis system for water treatment without chlorine. The spacious area allows the installation of fitness and gym equipment and possibly also of a sauna, if desired.
The sun terrace offers a unique view of the "Cinque Torri" and the "Tofana". Ideal for moments of relaxation and for sharing meals in a unique setting.
