Apartment B has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are generous double bedrooms. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
The covered garage can accommodate up to 7 cars and is fully equipped and automated. Access is external as well as internal with direct access from each apartment. The ramps and the external parking area are heated. The outdoor parking area can accommodate up to 4 guest cars. The indoor pool is heated and has an innovative salt electrolysis system for water treatment without chlorine. The spacious area allows the installation of fitness and gym equipment and possibly also of a sauna, if desired.
The sun terrace offers a unique view of the "Cinque Torri" and the "Tofana". Ideal for moments of relaxation and for sharing meals in a unique setting.
The location of the villa can be described as one of the most exclusive and distinguished of Cortina (Pecol), very quiet and with elegant residential character, very close to the five-star hotel "Cristallo" and only a few minutes walk from the city centre of Cortina.
