Kathryn Ward Grabowy

Whether buying or selling, moving is a significant milestone in one’s life. Kathy believes this experience should be as seamless as possible. With her many years of real estate experience, Kathy has a wealth of resources she can put to use to help to navigate each step of this process for her clients. 

Kathy and her husband, Ted, are both natives of North Jersey. Giving their kids the same experiences they had growing up was important to them. They explored the public, private, and parochial schools the Fair Haven area had to offer. Although they started with Catholic school, all five of their children eventually went through the public school system, where they were afforded many opportunities. From PTA to performing Arts, ballet to equestrian, Kathy has been through it and can help find a perfect choice for her clients' needs.  

From the high-speed ferry to Manhattan, the beaches along Ocean Ave, to the restaurants in Asbury Park, the peninsula offers a wealth of colorful events. One of her favorite things to do for buyers is to take them on a neighborhood tour and introduce them to the beauty of the two-river area. Concerts at Sandy Hook, a Taste of Sea Bright, the Art Festival in Atlantic Highlands, the Count Basie, and Two River Theaters in Red Bank, there is something for everyone! 

Much of Kathy’s business is through referrals because she does not think of her clients as her next transaction, but rather as her new neighbor. She wants her clients to love their new area as much as she does, so honesty and transparency is important to her. Kathy states, “An educated consumer is my best customer! If you have questions, ask! If I do not know the answer, I will find out! I like learning too! I look forward to meeting and working with you to help you realize your dream!”
