Ying “Alissa” Natsis is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate with both buyers and sellers alike, especially in the new construction luxury homes market. With a particular focus in Monmouth County, Alissa truly enjoys the opportunity to share all that Rumson, Fair Haven, Middletown, Atlantic Highlands, and the surrounding Two River areas have to offer their residents. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors® (MORR), the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), and the Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS).

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Alissa was the proud owner of a retail shop in her native China, Valentino Chocolatier Company. Adding to her professional experience, Alissa had a successful tenure as Executive Editor for People’s Court Publishing House. She is also a graduate of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in Mandarin, Alissa takes pride in sharing the culture of her birthplace, Bejing, China with her clients. Her education and prior career expertise have provided her with the savvy and skills needed to assist both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
