My husband and I purchased our first home entirely on our own overcoming many obstacles and persevering to make a better life for our son at a very young age. After that purchase we felt a sense of security and pride in becoming homeowners. This personal experience in life, helped motivate me to guide others with their dreams and goals of home ownership whether they were just getting started or starting to wind down.
In 2013, I graduated from St. Petersburg College with an Associate in Arts. I took courses in marketing and sales and used this knowledge to pursue a career in Real Estate.
I became licensed in the state of Florida in 2013 and since that time I am constantly keeping up to date with different marketing resources, staying up-to-date with current laws and practices and always researching new and creative ways to get clients homes sold.
Having been born and raised in Tampa Bay and living in Pinellas county for the past 10 years, has helped me become a true expert in the area. Constantly observing market trends and understanding values in different areas is what has taught me to become an expert negotiator ensuring my clients are making a sound investment when purchasing their future property. I enjoy listening to my clients wants and needs and finding the home of their dreams. When not working to help others in their Real Estate needs, I spend time with my family, and when time permits, visiting our beautiful beaches or traveling. I also speak Spanish fluently!
