Kirsten Everspaugh

Kirsten Everspaugh is a real estate broker with the Thomas Team, Evanston's #1 brokerage team since 2007. A proud Wolverine and Badger-in-law, Kirsten and her family put down roots in Evanston where she became increasingly entranced by the classic homes and the strong sense of community surrounding neighborhoods, schools and sports leagues alike. After her own wonderful home-buying experience with the Thomas Team, she decided to pursue her career in real estate right here. 

Kirsten brings deep experience listening to, understanding, and working closely with people to achieve their goals. A business-savvy and creative problem solver, she believes that:

• Home-buying and -selling can be a low-stress and even enjoyable process (adventure?!) with the right people surrounding you.

Kirsten came to @properties with her MBA and more than 20 years' experience in fundraising, client services and team management, working with organizations such as the Universities of Michigan and Wisconsin, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, the Wisconsin School of Business and dozens of regional food banks and human service organizations. She lives in her own 100-year-old piece of town with her husband, two kids, two cats, one dog and a growing collection of plants she's trying to keep alive. She is crazy about travel and cooking, loves to ski, is learning to golf and repair old windows, and hopes to someday make it to all the national parks.
